The Leadership Windsor-Essex program is designed to identify and develop future community leaders by developing partcipants' knowledge and skills of the issues that affect Windsor and Essex county. As well, participants are provided opportunities for personal and professional growth enhancing their workplace capability.
Leadership Windsor/Essex is a ten month experience commencing in September and ends in June, and includes an opening retreat, one learning day per month, and a closing retreat. The following model is used to guide your journey:
